The black and white movie „The White Frenzy“ introduced the sports of downhill skiing to the world and turned the alpine village of St. Anton/Arlberg into a celebrity hot spot. Ski slalom Olympic champion Mario Matt tells us about St. Anton’s sports history, hotel owner Adi Werner invites us into his five-star hotel Arlberg Hospiz and Wilma Himmelfreundpointner guides us through the museum of local history which was used during the filming of „Chalet Girl“. Every year, the legendary alpine ski race “The White Frenzy” attracts thousands of sports fanatics to St. Anton.
